Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Facility: Rochester General Hospital Location: 1425 Portland Ave Bldg 3, Rochester, NY 14621-3099 Shift: Day Shift, 5x8-Hour (09:30 AM - 06:00 PM) Pay Rate: $75 to $80 per hour Job Description: ESO Consultants is seeking an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist with experience in IR, Neuro, and Vascular procedures. This role will be responsible for assisting in minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and treatment procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Perform and assist with interventional radiology, neuro, and vascular procedures. * Utilize advanced imaging technology to guide physicians in performing minimally invasive treatments. * Ensure accurate patient positioning and operate fluoroscopy and angiographic imaging equipment. * Adhere to radiation safety regulations and maintain proper documentation of procedures. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. * Provide patient care and education before, during, and after procedures. * Participate in on-call rotations as needed. Qualifications: Required: * Interventional Radiology (IR), Neuro, and Vascular experience. * New York State Radiologic Technologist License (or pending, but must be obtained before the start date). * ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification. * BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Preferred: * Experience in Cath Lab is NOT required. * Strong knowledge of vascular and neurointerventional procedures. * Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
