JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to shaping the region's overall learning strategy
- Build trusted relationships with HCM colleagues to understand and prioritize evolving development needs across businesses and regions
- Design, develop, and deliver strategic, innovative, and practical learning interventions and solutions that address business needs in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of learning and development strategies
- Partner with global and regional colleagues to design, deliver and measure impact of firmwide learning programs to ensure they offer the best solutions for stakeholders
- Serve as a core team member for a variety of initiatives and take a hands-on approach with project management
- Oversee and manage junior colleagues within the learning & development team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years experience
- Excellent project management and execution skills; strong detail orientation; strong analytical skills
- Experience in overseeing multifaceted initiatives and working on a global team
- Problem solver with ability to diagnose problems and develop innovative approaches to deliver learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills; experience in formal / informal presentation and facilitation
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships
- Group facilitation and consultative skills
- Experience and expertise designing learning offerings e.g. workshops
- Excellent relationship-building skills and demonstrated client service focus
- Ability to function well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment that demands creativity, energy and excellence
- Strong commercial orientation and good understanding of the firm's business
- A strong growth mindset and consistent focus on self-improvement
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience working with and developing programming for high potential leaders and managers
- Organizational psychology background desirable
- Ability to teach a variety of leadership topics
Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $85000-$140000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
