This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in digital media sales, digital advertising, or digital marketing.
Experience with Google Marketing Platform or similar competitor marketing platforms.
Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in sales/operations management and strategic planning.
Knowledge of traditional and digital performance and brand media advertising, the competitive landscape, and Google Marketing Platform solutions.
Ability to architect and package Enterprise solutions and sell the proposed solutions internally and externally, with deep technical expertise.
Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach to building client relationships.
Comfort working in a fast growing, dynamic and often ambiguous environment and in partnership with cross-functional teams.

The GMP Agency and Partner teams focus on winning agency and partner to sell and operate the GMP stack (DV360, SA360, CM360, GA360) and make them enabled and confident GMP advocates. This includes programmatic agency activation for DV360.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Lead and manage a team of GMP Agency Sales Googlers. Coach, mentor, and enable your team to drive growth of GMP Tech adoption and usage (including sales outreach, executive relationship building and influencing).
Establish a clear and strategic vision for your team and portfolio, allocate resources and set strategic focus based on identified growth levers and business opportunity.
Partner closely with senior agency stakeholders to understand key GMP needs, growth drivers, potential obstacles and product requirements. Develop industry thought leadership with the ultimate goal to win hearts and minds of the agency stakeholders.
Partner closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders to uncover opportunities, achieve common goals, and present holistic solutions to customers.
