SET THE COURSE

Responsible for providing an exception shopping experience to our guest by creating a welcoming environment. Includes greeting guests, assisting with the door as guests enter and exit, responding to questions, providing information on promotions/opportunities and where product may be found. This role is key to the overall shopping experience and ensuring guests feel valued and well-informed.

BE THE ISLAND GUIDE

Welcome guests as they enter with a warm friendly demeanor and thank guests as they exit.

Provide information about current promotions, products, services.

Assist guests with locating specific products.

Help with shopping bags.

Respond to inquires and introduce them to the appropriate sales associate or manager.

Partner with team members to address customer needs.

Act as liaison between guests and others within the store to ensure the guest feel valued and well informed.

Flexible to work outside in both hot and cold climates when needed.

ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE

HS diploma required. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Friendly and approachable interpersonal skills.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high traffic situations.

Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to customer inquiries.

Basic knowledge of product and clear awareness of floor plan and where product may be located.

1+ previous experience in customer service retail highly preferred.

Keen awareness of surroundings including body language and general hospitality.

Ability to stand up to 8 hours a day in hot and cold climates.

Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00 hourly
