Aston Carter Field Recruiter in New York, New York

Primary Responsibilities:

• Recruit Field personnel in a timely manner, and in accordance with Operational Needs.

• Ensure approved high-volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill/conversion efficiency with adequate number of quality candidates successfully identified and screened.

• Work with Operations to develop a robust Workforce Plan and Execute it accordingly.

• Creative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed.

• Onboard new hires including verifying and maintaining employee documentation.

• Assist with HRIS administration and accurately maintain personnel records and related files.

• Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from ATS, and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts.

Hard Skills

  • Experience with recruiting electricians and contractors

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the field

  • Experience recruiting electricians highly preferred

  • Proficiency in HRIS and ATS systems (Paycom is a plus)

Soft Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

  • Ability to develop and execute workforce plans

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capability to use data analytics for recruitment strategies

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.

Work Environment

The role involves working 50% in the office and 50% in the field, recruiting individuals for electrician positions.
