Executive Chef or CDC Qualifications:

  • Previous managerial experience working at a Michelin star restaurant work experience.

  • Proven track record of success in a comparable role, preferably within a high-volume establishment

  • Strong experience with multi-unit management

  • Ability to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environment.

  • A well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team members.

  • Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong financial knowledge

  • Required Skills:

  • Experience working in a Michelin star rated restaurant.

  • Fine Dining Restaurant Standard Knowledge

  • Food Safety Knowledge. Safety and Sanitation

  • Kitchen Management

  • Menu Development

  • Recipe Development

  • Inventory Management

  • Leadership

Competencies & Qualifications:

  • Five+ years of experience in managing high volume or fine dining environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of supervisors, management, coworkers, members, and external vendors to promote a positive and professional approach work environment.

  • Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements, professional journals, technical procedures, or and governmental regulations.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages.

  • Actively practices food safety procedures.

  • Able to train and motivate team.

  • Strong Organizational skills

  • Effective time management
