As a Digital Product Management Senior Manager within PNC's Retail Lending Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Houston, TX or New York, NY. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

• Digital Product Manager responsible for Credit Card Originations with management of 2-4 Product Owners

• Responsible for crafting incredible customer experiences from discovery through execution delivery to customers, working closely with business partners to understand needs and priorities; partnering with internal and external designers and usability testers, solution architects, and development leads to make the experiences a reality; and driving the use of data to monitor and measure success

• Bring awareness to internal stakeholders on best-in-market design patterns and trends through on-going competitive analysis across the financial sector as well as digital design leaders in other industries; and leverage this insight to challenge existing norms and drive transformation

• Present new digital customer experiences to legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders as well as executive leaders for feedback, respectful debate, and alignment

• Engage in on-going problem-solving with a diverse team of partners, driving greater problem definition clarity and structuring how the team will pursue a solution

Job Description

  • Responsible for complex, cross-functional digital strategies across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices through the leadership of digital teams.

  • Leverages industry and market place research and insights to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Assists Group Manager with defining strategy. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Drives business case development.

  • Leads digital teams that develop and design the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Oversees the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences and ensures initiatives are completed on time, within budget and meet strategic goals.

  • Drives/Develops partnership with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders including key vendors to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs. Serves as point of review and sign off for risk management, compliance, and audit requirements. May be identified as an application owner.

  • Builds, manages, motivates, and develops the performance of the Digital teams to drive business, financial, and customer experience results of new and existing products. Recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $80,000.00 – $217,100.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
