Beacon Hill Staffing Group Contract HR Generalist in New York, New York
Our client, a real estate company, is seeking a Contract HR Generalist to join their team in NYC. Key responsibilities include managing various HR functions standalone, including overseeing benefits, compensation, payroll, recruitment efforts, as well as overseeing performance management activities within ADP Workforce Now. - Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of benefits, payroll, and HR systems
- Processing Payroll Experience Required
- Ability to handle a standalone HR function + requires ADP Workforce Now experience
- Ability to go onsite 5 days in the office
The hourly rate is between $40-48/hr.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
