The CIB Innovation team, aligned within the CIB Chief Operating Office , is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join its AI & Innovation Strategy team. The AI & Innovation Strategy team will drive the development and management of CIB’s innovation strategy and prioritized initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within Corporate & Investment Banking along with strong understanding of AI/GenAI market solutions, tech and fintech landscape.

In this role, you will:

  • Support AI and Strategy Lead in defining the framework of short to long term strategic objectives to transform CIB

  • Identify latest trends, capabilities and market evolution in AI and propose use cases that can be applied to CIB

  • Support strategic execution of corresponding innovation initiatives aligned to business priorities

  • Develop executive level presentations for both internal and external audiences, and communicate development and progress of strategic innovation initiatives

  • Support communication of thought leadership and latest trends across channels

  • Manage risk, regulatory and audit related deliverables and programs in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior or existing Corporate & Investment Banking experience and strategy in internal function or as a management consultant

  • Collaborates and partners effectively across functional, business and enterprise teams on strategic business strategies

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to drive insights and strategic recommendations from qualitative and quantitative data

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals and work under deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment

  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information and ideas clearly and concisely

  • Understanding of AI landscape and passion for innovation, and the ability to come up with new ideas and translate them into viable business cases and solutions

  • Advanced Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)

Pay Ranges:

New York, NY: $115,900 - $206,100
