RESPONSIBILITIES -Deliver revenue expectations in line with overall hotel budget -Create and implements sales strategy per transient sub-segment within direct sales through historical analysis and market intelligence in order to maximize profitability -To respond promptly to all inquiries and correspondence from customers, prospects and lead referrals -Sells and generates revenues within the transient market specifically Consortias, Travel Management Companies, and independent travel agencies. -Implement a strategic plan that targets long-term stays -Build and maintain strong client relations and developing accounts to increase market share across all revenue streams locally, nationally and internationally

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS -Superior communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills. -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Lanyon, Opera, Agency360, Synxis -Minimum of1 years of hotel sales experience ideally group and or Business travel. -Position will require travel to other cities and countries to showcase Loews Regency New York to agencies. -High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in hospitality management or similar/applicable discipline preferred.
