Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Drive operational excellence in the Commerce organization through identification and execution of areas of opportunity that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business. Operationalize and track KPIs and Go To-Market (GTM) goals globally. Support the build and deployment of the Commerce cross-functional collaboration model. Support leadership in strategic planning to optimize resources (OpEx and headcount) for global growth. Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data, including revenue, product, market, and industry to drive business recommendations. Develop projects at regional level, and translate them globally to other regions. Design planning processes enablement, and associated communications or milestones, with an aim to automate these actions in the long term. Bridge operational work between Business and Tech teams to enable the successful design and delivery of a scalable planning infrastructure. Support the infrastructure, design, and development for individual Commerce teams. Partner with internal tools team to build scalable reports and dashboards in support of business needs.Requirements:Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and 1 year of work experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation.Requires 1 year of experience in the following:1. Demonstrated problem solving with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets (revenue, product, market, and industry trends);2. Working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects, and driving initiatives in a cross-functional environment;3. Stakeholder management, including managing multiple partners simultaneously;4. Presenting technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership, through data visualizations, to tell the story behind the numbers and answer key business problems;5. Establishing short and long-term goals that will advance the organization’s productivity through analytics;6. Analyzing and deriving meaning from unstructured data sets;7. Involvement with efficiency analyses to optimize go-to-market investments;8. Built prototypes of analytical tools and dashboards that helped scale the procurement of insights;9. Utilizing both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis techniques;10. Working in e-Commerce / Commerce industry;11. Advanced SQL experience;12. Excel and Data Visualization (Tableau and Power BI).

Minimum Salary: 220,500 Maximum Salary: 247,500 Salary Unit: Yearly
