Description

Our client, a longstanding leader in complex legal challenges, serves a diverse range of industries, including transportation, insurance, aerospace, and nonprofit organizations. With national and international expertise, their team navigates cases across all 50 states and foreign venues, handling investigatory, regulatory, trial, and appellate levels with precision.

We’re currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years in insurance defense and product liability litigation to represent a dynamic client base, including air carriers, corporate clients, and more. Key case areas include personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, cargo loss, and general tort claims.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor with a solid academic foundation

• Admitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ and CT is a plus)

• 3-5 years in insurance defense, product liability, and wrongful death litigation

• Strong skills in deposition and motion practice

• Passion for trial work; trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
