Associate (Citadel Securities Americas Services LLC - New York, NY); Multiple positions available: Salary range is $175,000 to $210,000 per year. Synthesize supervisory obligations into a clear strategy plan that will lead to more effective supervision through the automation of processes. Assist Compliance and Trading Desk Supervisors in the response to regulatory inquiries and operational control issues. Develop and implement an Operational Risk framework, including incident management practices, running post-mortem meetings and providing MIS to senior management. Design and manage information repositories which describe trading and control descriptions and supervisory documentation. Work with other Supervisory Principals across Citadel Securities to share best practices, tools and reports where appropriate. Organize data, create reports, analytics and management summaries which improve the coverage and quality of the supervision function.Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or trading supervisory and/or support function. Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Advanced Excel and SQL; FIX Protocol and UNIX commands; Atlassian JIRA and Confluence products; Automated trading environment; Front-to-back trade life-cycle; Trade & Transaction Reporting requirements; Development and management of systems and tools for trading, supervision or operations support; and Communication with senior leadership, compliance, legal and IT teams.
