The Associate is responsible for actively participating in specific client and deal teams within the Energy sector. Key responsibilities include business development or product advisory activities.
Responsibilities:
Conducts comprehensive company and industry research, preparing presentation materials for clients
Participates in specific client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities
Assists clients with raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions
Develops and maintains complex financial models and performs various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences
Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors
Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups
