Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

The Social Partnerships Team builds and operates a portfolio of ad sales partnerships with leading and emerging digital platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and more. That includes identifying profitable revenue opportunities, developing the structure, capabilities, go-to-market strategies, and execution plans necessary to capture growth opportunities and driving those plans to implementation and through ongoing operations. We partner closely with the sales teams and content teams to manage and drive rapid revenue growth. The high-growth digital Partnerships team is seeking an exceptional, results-oriented individual to support our revenue generating social media product line as the Analyst, Paid Social Media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of NBCU Ad Sales paid social media campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather campaign objectives, assets, and client requirements.

  • Partner with external platform & partner teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign launches.

  • Performance Analysis & Insights:

  • Monitor pacing and identify optimization recommendations, ensuring delivery is met against KPIs.

  • Analyze campaign data to generate performance insights and actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.  

  • Prepare and present comprehensive post-campaign reports.

  • Product Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on paid social media products and platforms.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social advertising.

  • Educate internal teams about product capabilities and best practices.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal and partner teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and campaign outcomes.

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience, preferably within a media publishing, ad agency, brand marketing, or social platform environment

  • Proficiency in social media platforms’ ad managers (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and communicate findings effectively.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.  Know how to prioritize effectively to get things done.

  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Dependable, committed individual, especially with regard to monitoring critical social campaigns in the evenings and weekends.

Additional Requirements:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
