People in the Corporate Function contribute to the running of Accenture as a high-performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Workplace Management and Solutions professionals provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, running Accenture’s workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture’s business and technology strategies.

The Workplace Ambassador and Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of workplace operations through a hospitality lens, offering continuous white glove service, and creating an exceptional guest experience within a global, industry-leading corporation.

Key Responsibilities

  • A true face of the firm, creating an unparalleled experience for every guest that walks through the door

  • Work as a business partner with Office Services Lead, assisting in directing all areas of Office Services and ensuring tasks are accomplished in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Event Planning team and be comfortable with all aspects of event planning

  • Work closely with reception, facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments to ensure quality service leading up to, on event day, and following

  • Solicits feedback from guests at the conclusion of their office visit and adjusts hospitality program accordingly

  • Works directly with assigned clients to provide pre-planning services; including pre-event walkthroughs, making initial exploratory contact and review of contract details within required timeframe

  • Can navigate and work to adjust our reservation system (Places) to meet the needs of our office

  • Handles daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding and attends daily standup meeting to review programs under their review

  • Meet, greet and escort all VIP guests and will ensure the guest was delighted and satisfied; arriving, during the stay and during a fond farewell

  • Provide a presentation outlining what the Workplace team does (EA Support, Space Coordination, Facilities, Life Safety, Technology teaml)

  • Act as liaison between new joiners and all Accenture information and instill in them that the workplace team is here for any support and guidance

  • Support E suite concierge with any one-off needs for our high level executives

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality and/or customer service role

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting meeting/events teams

Preferred Skills

  • Passionate about customer service

  • Knowledge of catering operations setup and breakdown

  • Extensive knowledge of food & beverage industry trends

  • Comfortable with a highly visible customer facing role

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
