Our demand is rapidly increasing and we are looking to strengthen our team of T&HR deep domain experts and T&HR transformation leaders who provide thought leadership, create innovative solutions for new engagements and collaborate with global clients’ CHROs on their transformation journeys.

You will transform the way HR works in the future and engage in one or more of following types of projects:

  • Co-innovate and lead the Transformation agenda for our Leading Fortune 500 clients

  • Industry specialized T&HR Transformation Leaders to sharpen industry specific T&HR offerings

  • Lead growth and expansion of existing T&HR accounts for specific industry segments

  • Lead new client engagements from opportunity identification/RFPs, solution , to client conversations as an expert/trusted advisor

  • T&HR thought leaders and deep domain specialists in one or more functional areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee & HR Services), provide best - in - class industry view, support existing and new engagements, due diligence, client co-design workshops, drive the right transformation messages, shape offerings and leverage innovative assets

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in one of the T&HR functional areas: Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Talent Development/Learning, Employee & HR Services, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Payroll

Preferred Qualifications

  • You must have delivered at least two large scale, end-to-end T&HR Transformation projects for global clients.

  • We expect you are a well-established CHRO advisor, who is on the forefront of shaping HR of the future.

  • You must be well versed with Industry Digital T&HR technologies and leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital T&HR solutions.

  • You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at GPO and at CHRO/VP level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led talent & HR projects.

  • You can collaborate with the T&HR offering development team to bring a differentiated offering to clients.

  • You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project- oriented environment.

  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation projects.

  • You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.

  • You are flexible and capable of some travel.

  • You have done shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
