About the Role

As a CBRE Concierge Coordinator, you will assist guests, customers, and tenants with business and personal needs.

This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

  • Log service requests and provide administrative aid to management as needed.

  • Confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Respond to requests in a timely manner.

  • Deliver world-class customer service to all individuals in the facility. Encourage guests and tenants to refer personal and business associates to the location.

  • Maintain a database of local business recommendations. This includes preferred transportation sources, dining, entertainment, etc.

  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.

  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.

  • Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
