We are looking for candidates to join our expanding team as call center agents to represent our client TELUS Communications. This position offers full-time hours. We will provide all the knowledge and training on-site; previous sales or call center experience is an asset, not required. The main requirement of the role is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things!

Duties and Responsibilities of the Call Center Sales Agent:
Educating customers about the products and services offered by TELUS
Making outbound calls to create awareness in the community regarding services and new promotions
Taking inbound calls to solve customer’s inquiries and concerns
Listening to and understanding customer needs and answering any questions they may have
Providing a great customer experience while keeping customer information confidential
Working with a dedicated and passionate team who will assist you and work alongside you to provide a best-in-class customer experience!
Qualifications of the Call Center Sales Agent:
Passionate for customer service and sales
An empathetic and caring approach
Strong work ethic
A positive attitude
Must be able to work independently and be great at multitasking!
Additional Requirements:
Ability to Work Full-Time
Ability to pass a Criminal Background check
Previous customer service/sales/call center experience preferred, not required
18 years of age and older
