Krewe Project Manager, Build & Construction in New Orleans, Louisiana

We are currently searching for a high-performing Project Manager to join our Build & Construction Team. Reporting directly to the Director of Build + Construction, this key player will be responsible for assisting with design management, construction management, and special projects with the Expansion team. This role will support with overseeing construction projects through detailed timelines and hands-on project management, and ensuring on-time, on-budget execution in all locations. The ideal candidate brings to the team a collaborative and problem-solving energy, and an eagerness to jump in across all phases of design and construction projects.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week and will require travel locally and nationally every 4-6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Build + Construction, Director of Facilities, and VP of Expansion in all design, construction, and real estate related projects and tasks
Manage organizational tools to track progress across multiple projects
Take ownership of special projects, with the support of the team, from start to finish
Manage internal reporting systems to keep larger team coordinated and on track
Work closely with the team to develop and implement brand standards across all projects, new and existing
Track and oversee progress via frequent site-visits [travel required]
Requirements:
Advanced in Adobe Creative Cloud
Advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Working knowledge in construction, architectural and store planning terminology
Working knowledge of store and field operations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently or as a member of the team
Ability to communicate orally and in writing
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task with supervision
