As KREWE grows, we are seeking a Creative Project & Production Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the VP of Brand Marketing & work closely with the Art Director to oversee the execution of all creative projects, assets, and productions. You will be a close cross-functional partner across all areas of the business, ensuring all channel needs are effectively briefed and executed upon to our brand standards and timeline SLAs.

Beyond creative asset execution, this role will optimize and manage systems, tools, and digital projects, driving innovation and continuous process improvement. You  will also establish and maintain creative timelines, workflows, and frameworks that enhance productivity, clarity, and efficiency across the brand. This role requires a strategic thinker who can prioritize and allocate resources effectively to achieve business goals

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee creative projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.

  • Facilitate the briefing process across Monday.com, ensuring copywriters and designers receive clear, actionable briefs with all necessary context and assets.

  • Enhance team communication and project transparency by effectively managing project boards across Monday.com. keeping all project details current and accessible to all team members.

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones, deadlines, and approvals to keep creative deliverables on schedule.

  • Support the Art Director with photoshoot production, sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and providing on-set production assistance as needed.

  • Oversee all third-party vendor sourcing & relationship management across creative asset production, ensuring print timelines and quality standards are met. 

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, clear communication and teamwork between departments, ensuring timely and high-quality creative output.

     

    Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management within startup  or agency settings.

  • Must be local to New Orleans area and be willing to work out of our New Orleans HQ 5 days per week

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and project management best practices.

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different brands and teams.

  • Experience using project management software (Monday.com).

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment throughout the creative process.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a history of driving efficiency.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise, with a proactive approach to removing roadblocks.

  • Ability to pivot quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining clarity and focus.

  • Knowledge of photo and video shoot production.
