Job Title: Risk BA (Operational Risk and RCSA)

Location: Rutherford, NJ

Job Responsibilities

• You will be working in the technology organization and focus being on the operational risk RCSA process.

• Perform RCSA

• Controls assessment, gaps and its remediation.

• Guide teams, take an active role for business development activities.

• Ability to manage clients, internal projects and practice development along with excellent client delivery.

Required Skills

• Agile delivery and methodology.

• Write and manage JIRA user stories.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

• Knowledge of other process mapping, MicroStrategy and reporting tools is an asset.

• 8+ years of experience in the areas of expertise outlined above.

• Experience working in financial services.

• Understand and adapt to consulting expectations.

• Good knowledge of technology organization and its controls and at the same time know that how various parts of the organization undertake the RCSA process

• Good communication skills and stakeholder management.

• Perform RCSA activities (risk and controls mapping, controls assessments, issues, process maps, final assessment, validation, gaps identification and it mitigation).

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timeline and meeting tight delivery timeline.

• Ability to analyse, prepare data for reporting purposed for the RCSA outcome.

• Analyse how the controls ratings etc have changed from the previous assessment and any gaps. Multi-dimensional analysis capabilities for the RCSA related processes.

• Strong client presence.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude. Domain business skills:

• Risk expertise with operational risk, RCSA background

• Understanding of technology organization, controls and overall construct of business lines within financial services (1st and 2nd line).

• Should have working knowledge in web based/product applications pertaining to the bank’s technology function / organization.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proficient in Requirements gathering and Solution Design.
