Eaton Corporation Deputy Manager - Marketing in New Delhi, India

What you’ll do:

This role will be responsible for driving Eaton ES India’s marketing initiatives. The person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

"1. Content Creation:

Develop compelling and relevant content for various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and marketing collateral.

Ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.

Design and produce digital assets such as videos, infographics and etc

Support partner in instore branding

  1. Event Planning and Execution:

Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, conferences, and webinars.

Define event themes, formats, and budgets.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.

Agency management

  1. Marketing Campaign Rollout:

Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.

Optimize campaigns for maximum reach and impact.

Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

  1. Organic and Inorganic Promotions:

Drive organic growth through content marketing, SEO, and social media engagement.

Explore partnerships and collaborations for inorganic growth.

  1. Website Management:

o Oversee the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest information and aligns with brand identity.

o Monitor website analytics and user behavior.

  1. Agency Management and Execution:

o Collaborate with external agencies for creative development, media buying, and campaign execution.

o Ensure timely delivery and quality output.

  1. Marketing Asset Preparation:

o Create marketing assets, including brochures, leaflets, presentations, and sales materials.

o Support sales tools like demo kits etc

o Maintain a repository of marketing collateral.

  1. Marketing Spend Management (Execution and reporting)

  2. Lead management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

7+ year experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role.

Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment.
