Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in New Castle, Delaware. This role requires the individual to operate in a fully on-site capacity, serving as the primary point of contact for our customer inquiries. The role is within the telecom provider industry and involves a range of responsibilities from data entry to scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive customer relationships

• Data entry tasks related to customer information and order entries

• Managing email correspondence with customers, responding to their inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls in an efficient manner

• Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and documentation purposes

• Managing order entries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the ordering process

• Scheduling appointments for customers as required, ensuring an organized and efficient process

• Collaborating with the logistics team to handle incoming orders and ensure they are processed effectively

• Learning and adapting to the use of our custom-built ERP system.

Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in handling and answering inbound calls is required.

• Experience in a call center environment, particularly in customer service, is a must.

• Must have strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in email correspondence and ability to professionally handle all types of customer inquiries.

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is necessary.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry and order management is required.

• Ability to effectively schedule appointments and manage calendars.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints.

• Must have a customer-oriented approach and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related discipline will be appreciated.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the hiring country.
