Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem RRT in New Brunswick, New Jersey

Join our team and work every other weekend (Fri/Sat) with a patient mix that includes both adults and pediatrics. This role requires 1.5 years of experience and involves floating between the Pediatric ICU, ED, and Adult critical care units. Additional float units may be assigned based on your skill set and hospital needs.

Responsibilities
  • Perform procedures such as blood gas analysis, vent/BiPAP/High flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and chest PT
  • Operate equipment including Servo I & U, and V60 BiPAP
  • Utilize the EPIC charting system
Qualifications
  • New Jersey License and BLS certification required
  • Advanced certifications (ACLS/PALS/NRP) highly preferred; training available onsite
  • PICU/NICU experience preferred
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
