Industrial Staffing Services Inc dba Equiliem RRT in New Brunswick, New Jersey

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team every other weekend (Fri/Sat). The ideal candidate should have 1.5 years of experience and be comfortable working with a patient mix of both adults and pediatrics. The position will require floating between the Pediatric ICU, Emergency Department, and Adult critical care units. PICU/NICU experience is preferred.

Additional float units may be assigned based on your skill set and hospital needs. You will be expected to perform various procedures, including blood gas analysis, vent/BiPAP/High flow initiation and management, code response, in-house transport, medication administration, and chest physiotherapy. Familiarity with equipment such as Servo I & U and V60 BiPAP is required. Experience with the EPIC charting system is also necessary.

A valid NJ License and BLS certification are required. Advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) are highly preferred, and training will be provided onsite for those who need it. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
