The graduate programs in Organizational Psychology at GSAPP-Rutgers University invite applications for a part-time non-tenure-track faculty position within the applied psychology department (.5 FTE). The position entails teaching, advising and recruiting graduate students, developing or refining course syllabi, presenting high quality lectures and research in the Organizational Psychology graduate programs.
For the .5 FTE PT faculty position, the emphasis is on student advising and mentoring, teaching, and program development, in a wide range of specialties and recognition in the professional practice of organizational psychology.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
Doctoral level training in psychology or equivalent, with mastery of content areas needed for instruction and training in organizational psychology. Ph.D. or PsyD. In organizational psychology, organizational behavior, or other leadership-oriented training.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Judging student performance for conformity to departmental and professional competency requirements, as well as dissertation quality, evaluating professional practice, and other duties associated with the professional practice of organizational psychology.
