Pay Rate: $13.00/hr - $16.00/hr (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in New Brighton, PA:
Tuesday, Thursday (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
Client Diagnosis: Chronic Frailty, Fall Risk, Mobility/Hearing/Vision Impairment, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Stage 4 Kidney Disease - Dialysis 3 times a week. Bedbound but can pivot to bedside commode
Note: Client has 4 dogs (husband puts outside before he leaves for work), 1 friendly Cat, 1 Bird, 1 Hamster
Duties may include but not limited to:
Cooking and Light Housekeeping
Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
Grocery Shopping
Companionship
Range of Motion Exercises
Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
Driving to Appointments and Errands
Walking and Transfer Assistance
Medication Reminders
ADL's
Ambulation
Change Depends
Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle.
Caregiver Requirements:
At least 1 year experience
2 Step TB Test
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Pass Child Clearances and FBI Fingerprinting
Covid-19 Vaccination
