Metro Industrial Services Production Team Member (Local) in New Braunfels, Texas
Metro Services is looking to immediately hire Production Team Members for a Manufacturing facility in Cibolo, TX. This is a temp/contract position. Apply Now!
Duties for this position include:
- Follow standardized procedures to operate machinery used in the production process or use standardized procedures to assemble parts on an assembly line
- Meet daily production quota based on assigned production schedule and manufacturing leadership request
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with all manufacturing and safety guidelines, procedures, and regulations
- Perform physical activity related to assembly and production work
Compensation (USD):
$19.00/hour
Schedule:
Day Shift Monday - Friday OT on Saturday and Sunday when needed 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Night Shift Monday - Friday OT on Saturday and Sunday when needed 6:30 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.

- Geronimo, TX
- Luling, TX
- San Marcos, TX
- Belmont, TX
- Stockdale, TX
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Clean Drug Screen/Background
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a monthly rotating schedule
- Ability to read, write, and follow rules and procedures in English
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus
- Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements
- General knowledge of machines, tools, and measurement instruments is a plus
