This is a position with global grade 13This position reports to Project Execution ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: #LIRemote This role is contributing to the Motion/System Drives/Packaging. You will be mainly accountable for: *Planning and scheduling: Analyze project requirements with project team, check that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules. Define jointly with the project team, project work and cost breakdown structure, develop and maintain properly linked required resource loaded and integrated baseline and current schedules that provide time phased baseline, actual and forecast data for project. Monitor project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed to the plan, notify Project Managers of any deviations or scheduling issues and provides input for optimizing resources.
