Full time- $3000.00 sign on bonus
Hours:
6:00am - 2:30pm day shift
2:00pm - 10:30pm evening shift
10:00pm - 6:30am overnight shift

Basic Function: The primary purpose of the position is to provide sufficient skilled nursing care to meet the needs of the Residents of Chase Memorial in accordance with our established policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are expected to delegate authority to the Certified Nursing Assistants, collect pertinent data pertaining to the care of the Residents at Chase Memorial, and notify the Nursing Supervisor and or Nurse Manager of any change in a resident’s status. The responsibility of the Licensed Practical Nurse is to perform proficiently, incorporate accountability, embody respect for self and others, ability to delegate tasks appropriately, communicate effectively and collect data when indicated.
Education, Qualifications and Credentials
Must possess a New York State LPN License.
Current BLS and/or CPR certification.
One Year experience preferred.
