JOB SUMMARY: The Embroidery Team Member is part of an assigned group and is responsible for preparing products and operating a multi-head embroidery machine; responsibilities also include thread management, cleaning, and inspecting products while ensuring production of only the highest level of quality. SCHEDULE: 3:30 pm ? 12:00 am Monday ? Friday with Overtime (extended hours after the shift during the week Monday - Wednesday only) as required LOCATION: New Bedford Industrial Park - 270 Samuel Barnet Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02745 BENEFITS Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after a 30 day waiting period. 401 (k) ? DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Meet and exceed production standards Meet and exceed quality standards Verify product and components are correct Prepare product for production; including hooping, Prepare machine for production; including threading Remove excess threads and debris from the product Remove Pellon from inside of the product Add/remove stickers, hangtags, and UPC labels Minor machine maintenance Additional duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to follow verbal instructions Ability to problem-solve Possess a positive team mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to communicate respectfully within a team Ability to perform quality control EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience preferred
