As a Datacenter Hardware Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge server technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Datacenter Hardware Technician

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour on Experis W2

What's the Job?

• Maintain the hardware infrastructure of the latest cloud computing server technologies.

• Quickly and accurately resolve issues with server and network hardware through root cause analysis.

• Perform basic networking device cabling and hardware installation or replacement.

• Conduct internal hardware installation or replacement and testing for laptops and desktops.

• Operate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations while managing multiple critical priorities.

• Technical aptitude with the ability to communicate advanced technical information clearly.

• Good situational awareness and the capability to contribute to team development.

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with varying degrees of supervision.
