The Position
Education Programs Directors, Supervisors, and Professionals assist and foster the growth of early childhood, pre-K, K-12, postsecondary, adult, and related education programs throughout Nevada by providing technical assistance, training, and oversight.
This Education Programs Professional position is with the Nevada Department of Education's Office of Career Readiness, Adult Learning & Education Options (CRALEO) located in Carson City or Las Vegas. Under the direction of the Director of CRALEO, this position is responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of Teacher Academy College Pathway Program and Demonstration Programs. The incumbent is responsible for curriculum development, development of forms and informational brochures, and will coordinate with relevant stakeholders regarding Demonstration Programs. The incumbent provides consistent technical assistance to Nevada's local education agencies, and frequently works with and presenting CTE programmatic information and guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Education and Experience (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, economics, education, English, math, psychology, science, sociology, or related field and one year of related experience applicable to the current vacancy.Special Requirements
