JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are hiring a Sr Product Manager-Operating Room Drape Covers!! The Senior Product Manager for the Operating Room Drape Covers will own the business and the long-term success of the portfolio by working alongside key stakeholders to make decisions to generate growth. This role will be responsible for owning the portfolio life cycle, pricing, new product launches, collecting customer and market insights, and marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team, this person will develop plans to deliver on annual and long-term financial goals. Curiosity and a self-starter attitude will be required to challenge current conditions to uncover new insights that will continue to accelerate the business. This position can be remote, but must be willing to travel to any of our facilities as needed. Essential responsibilities: 1. Marketing strategy a. Lead and develop consumer strategy, product positioning and consumer messaging to resonate with all key constituents in the demand creation process b. Manage the product, package, label and other communication programs and change processes. i. Collaborate with Operations and Sales on portfolio assortment optimization, including product cost issues and elimination of inefficient SKU\'s. ii. Analyze product design, packaging, and develop cost savings recommendations iii. Develop and review sales resources c. Lead market analysis, customer and competitive data, identify meaningful and actionable insights, related strategies and action plans d. Collaborate with the extended sales teams (US/OUS) to ensure alignment product strategy, positioning, and solutions. e. Develop and drive execution of marketing/communication programs based on the product positioning and targets. This includes web presence, in-service programs, CE programs, training, advertising, customer promotions, sampling, KOL programs, product promotions, public relations and industry trade shows. 2. Customer Focus a. Understand distributors and end-customers\' expectations for the products and the solutions they seek. b. Develop, execute, and analyze voice of customer for new and existing product development c. Meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers. d. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers. 3. Business Acumen a. Analyze sales data and trends and makes recommendations for action b. Develop and manage the budgetary and forecasting processes c. Review and report on performance indicators d. Manage projects end-to-end e. Drive Product Development Process f.
