About The OpportunityResponsible and accountable for managing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, maintenance costs, contractor-performed maintenance, regular and preventive maintenance functions of all plant equipment and new equipment installations. Essential Job Functions The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or allinclusive list. Implements maintenance and engineering strategies to assure operational reliability consistent with the needs of the operational facility and to ensure the maximum availability and longevity of assets Accountable for key Maintenance performance metrics including work order completion and machine reliability Supports equipment feasibility studies and makes recommendations for investment; implements capital expenditure projects and is accountable for payback expectations Supports Operations Leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence Executes the annual financial plan and monitors performance within planned budget Designs, develops, and manages capital projects to enhance efficiencies, improve performance, and meet growth plans, including defining the scope of work, budget, schedule and responsibilities Develop and execute site\'s preventative maintenance program Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to implement capital investment projects to drive operational excellence Supports key stakeholders on project design and management, supplier selection and scheduling coordination, new equipment acquisition and installation, materials acquisition, audits and process changes Assures compliance with Company\'s EAM platform Assures all tasks are performed in a safe manner, and comply with all company, local, state, and federal requirements Provides guidance on staffing, training, employee relations and performance management to develop and enhance the salaried and hourly...
