Aston Carter Receptionist in Neenah, Wisconsin
Duties:
Will provide support for front desk and administrative duties.
Daily operations will include; Opening/closing area, managing the visitor log book, handle badges, and assist with vendors.
Daily Administrative tasks will include; handling the mailroom, managing company vehicle usage (check in/check out), parking tickets, managing change folders and collection of documents.
Develop standard procedures pertaining to the workout room and assist initiatives for the department.
Prepare a variety of communication including emails, agendas, and meetings if necessary.
Coordinate department related issues and complaints, such as operational resources, workout stations, space assignments and gym supplies, and follow up that resolution has been obtained.
Inspection to walk around and do visual inspections- Walking around the mill to ensure theirs positions are on valves.
Enter in work orders, help with creating purchase orders, vendor coordination
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Administrative/Receptionist/Clerical experience
Attention to detail
Yardi
SharePoint sites
MS Office
