JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are hiring an Associate Product Manager Patient Safety!! The Associate Product Manager for the Patient Safety Solutions portfolio will assist in creating and executing a marketing strategy for product lines within the business unit. This role will support and selling organization on product strategy, tactics, training and customer engagement. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the Sales team to drive key marketing initiatives and support the team in daily activities. Additionally, this role will assist in market research activities to better align our solutions with our goal of supporting caregivers and protecting patients. This position can be remote, but must be within 2 hours of our Neenah, WI or Lincolnshire, IL locations and willing to travel to any of our other facilities and customers, as needed. Essential responsibilities: Marketing strategy * Help develop product strategy, product positioning and communications that resonate with all key constituents in the demand creation process * Collaborate with cross functional teams on portfolio optimization, cost improvement projects, and material changes * Analyze product design, packaging, and develop cost savings recommendations o * Lead market analysis, customer and competitive data, identify meaningful and actionable insights * Collaborate with the extended sales teams (US/OUS) to ensure alignment product strategy, positioning, and solutions. Customer Focus * Develop deep understanding of the portfolio and customer value * Participate in the development and execution of VOC plans for the business * Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers * Analyze and seek external market research and available data on the product line Business Acumen * Analyze sales data and trends to create actionable insights and make recommendations * Support, as a cross functional partner, within the New Product Development process * Assist in the development of a pricing strategy Drive for Results * Self-starter and consistent focus on continuous improvement * Maintain and grow volume within product categories TIDI Products, LLC, Mission, Vision, Value, Value Discipline and Behaviors * Demonstrate and actively support TIDI Products, LLC Mission, Vision, Values, Value Discipline and Behaviors. * Collaborate effectively across the company and actions are consistent with Behavior Expectations.
