Summary You will serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Program/Certification Manager in the NUWCDIVNPT COR Program of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14. Responsibilities You will serve as the NUWCDIVNPT Contracting Office Representative (COR) Program/Certification Manager. You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the COR program that oversees the management, implementation of, and continued compliance of, all COR policy, guidance and instructions related to NUWCDIVNPT and its Detachments. You will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with NAVSEAINST 4200.17. You will develop and lead COR Community of Practice. You will implement/track COR training/certification status. You will develop and build subject matter expertise on COR related systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing oversight and program management by implementation and compliance of policy for a contracting operation.
