Job Description:

Provide leadership to 24/7 SOC floor with ability to analyze incoming requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Security Operation Command and Control management• Perform Security Assessment of networks, systems and applications security and Compliance-Specific Assessments and Identify security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of IT infrastructure• Vulnerability Management, IT General Controls• Incident management life cycle (security incident management and response• Review incidents and upscale incident management team to reduce errors. Designing and drafting of SOPs and security reporting• Conducts complex security architecture analysis to evaluate and mitigate issues• Evaluates engineering and integration initiatives and provides technical support to assess security policies, standards, and guidelines• Develop, implement, enforce, and communicate security policies and/or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications• Handling of L3 level technical queries and troubleshooting for security technologies implemented in the program• New technology implementation as per client requirement, Manages monitoring and reporting of security events of all active devices and customer services implemented• Acting as a bridge between shift operations and higher management. Perform Security analysis of latest security events/Security Threats• Provide status information on security incidents to higher management & customer, Coordinate preventive maintenance activities• Knowledge of IT Security standard ISO 27001 and internal auditing techniques.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience::

• UG: B. Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering/ Electronic and Communication/ Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering / Network Technology / IT / Computer Science & Engineering.

• Minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.• Must Have experience in ArcSight (SIEM), Operations Management, Team Management, Customer Management, Vendor Management, Escalation Management.• Good to have expertise in Physical Security (CCTV, Fire Drill), Industrial Security• Preferred to have following certifications: Security+ certification; CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and/or CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional)• Certified for ISO 27001: Information Security
