We're seeking a talented and motivated Systems Administrator to join our client's growing IT team! In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and stability of their IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and network devices.

• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or a similar directory service.

• Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact users.

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our IT infrastructure from threats.

• Perform data backups and ensure disaster recovery procedures are in place.

• Provide technical support to internal staff.

• Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems administration.

• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, 2022).

• Working knowledge of Active Directory or a similar directory service.

• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.

• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.
