Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Salesforce OmniStudio solutions according to business requirements.

• Customize and configure Salesforce OmniStudio components, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and OmniStudio development.

• Strong hands on experience with Salesforce Apex, OmniStudio, LWC

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Monitor and troubleshoot OmniStudio performance issues.

• Ensure OmniStudio security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging OmniStudio technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in Salesforce development.

• Extensive hands on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio components like OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, including implementation and customization.

• Strong knowledge of security protocols and tools.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications Salesforce OmniStudio Developer / PD1/Java Developer .

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/15/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 – $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
