Role Overview
The Sales Program Coordinator at Ankura plays a crucial role in enabling AI technology business opportunities. This role spearheads the strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives of Ankura.AI technology implementations. This role is pivotal in tracking and overseeing all Ankura.ai initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination among internal stakeholders, and aligning technology solutions with diverse business use cases across industries. Additionally, the Sales Program Coordinator is responsible for developing compelling sales messaging and marketing materials, collaborating closely with executive leadership, sales, and product management to ensure cohesive sales strategies throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution: Primarily responsible for ensuring the sales strategy is meticulously executed, leading the deployment of Ankura.AI technology sales initiatives in alignment with the company's business objectives.
Program Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for the intake of Ankura.ai requests, coordinating a governance process for approving project and product sales requests.
Project Oversight: Diligently monitor and manage all Ankura.ai sales opportunities and projects, ensuring that each initiative progresses smoothly and meets its deadlines.
Pursuit Management: Take charge of the entire pursuit management process, from identifying opportunities to developing strategies that ensure successful deal closures.
Pursuit Support: Provide robust support to the sales team, equipping them with the necessary tools, information, and strategies to effectively engage with prospects and secure new business.
Sales Messaging and Marketing Collateral: Craft compelling sales messaging and marketing materials that effectively articulate the value proposition of Ankura.AI technologies, aiding the sales process.
Communication and Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and coordination among internal stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration across projects.
Technology Solution Alignment: Align technology solutions with diverse business use cases across industries, guaranteeing that Ankura.AI technologies are tailored to meet the specific needs of each sector.
Collaboration with Leadership and Teams: Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, resource management and product management teams to ensure sales initiatives and strategies are harmoniously aligned across the organization, promoting a cohesive approach to achieving sales goals.
Strategic Thinking: Maintain a business strategy focus, identifying common themes in project and customer engagements to develop and promote ideal repeatable Ankura.ai solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Graduate degree in business a plus
7 or more years of relevant business experience
Varied experience in leadership of complex business projects
Experience or education in information systems
Advanced proficiency with MS Office with demonstrated ability to efficiently produce crisp, professional documents
