TEKsystems Repair Support Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Description:

Our client is hiring two Repair Support Specialists. In this role the Repair Support Specialist will be committed to a seamless repair experience by delivering exceptional service and driving strong customer engagement. This role assists with coordinating and managing automotive repairs through effective verbal and written communication. The ultimate goal is to ensure and maintain the highest level of satisfaction with our customers and insurance partners.

Job Duties Include:

  • Portray a positive company image by engaging in professional as well as friendly communications with customers and insurance carriers. 50-70 calls per day.

  • Adhere to insurance carrier guidelines and standards throughout repair process.

  • Apply strong time management skills by monitoring and communicating repair schedule appointments, changes, or cancellations to technician.

  • Build positive client relations by regularly informing customers of vehicle repair status updates.

  • Prioritize customer needs and concerns to determine appropriate action.

  • Expedite complex issues to Repair Platform Specialist (RPS) and management as necessary.

  • Record and maintain proper documentation of customer communication (telephone, text message, email, online chat, etc.).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Must have prior automotive collision/repair or body shop experience.
