THE WORK:
You'll oversee and lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and technology throughout the project's lifecycle, while also leading and mentoring BIM professionals.
You'll oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
You'll facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
You'll manage the implementation and integration of BIM technologies and software, ensuring seamless workflows.
You'll implement and supervise quality assurance processes for BIM models and deliverables.
You'll create training materials and conduct training sessions for BIM software users.
You'll oversee the development and maintenance of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining the organization's specific BIM requirements and procedures.
You'll manage the flow and storage of project data within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
You'll complete supply chain assessments, supporting and auditing the project team and flagging non-compliances.
You'll produce monthly reports for senior managers to identify and measure BIM implementations
Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
$130,000 - $200,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
BS or MS Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, computer science or related field.
3 years in a senior role with BIM modeling in construction, supporting multidiscipline design teams.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Ability to travel or relocate to project locations
Working knowledge of BIM, Autocad, ACC, Procure or similar
Familiarity with project scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Experience with Design-Build and/or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction projects.
Resident Engineer or field start-up services experience.
Proficient in the MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong, Self-Motivation, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and aptitude for building strong professional relationships.
Problem solving skills and the ability to multitask and shift priorities when needed.
