BAE Systems Supply Chain Planner I in Nashua, New Hampshire
Job Description
The Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is the focal point for all supply chain activities. The planner supports execution of programs and coordination of new program / product launches. SCP assists with reporting of key performance indicators, performance data, and miscellaneous metrics. The Supply Chain Planner will identify and escalate issues as necessary.
SCP will plan, prepare, issue and control material requirements in conjunction with the production schedule. Planner will support risk management activities impacting the value chain working with cross-functional teams. The planner ensures that contractual and internal deliveries are met in accordance to the Master Demand Schedule. SCP will utilize system and process tools to achieve program / functional goals.
Track material shortages for Work Order releases based on Master Demand Schedule requirements.
Report and communicate material risks and production impacts to key stakeholders.
Plan and execute production schedules to ensure a controlled flow of conforming material to meet delivery requirements.
Balance current and future production plans with manufacturing and program to ensure completion of customer requirements.
Review, action, and resolve material exception messages in advance of production impact
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning systems and processes
Ability to verbally and accurately report production status to program team or factory team.
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Bachelor s degree in Business/Supply Chain or related field
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55295 - $94001
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
