Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our client's dynamic HR team. The HR Assistant will support our human resources department by performing various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, updating employee records, and processing payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR department in various HR projects such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.

  • Manage and coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and monitoring interview evaluations.

  • Provide administrative support with payroll processing, HR documentation, and employment contracts.

  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide general employee support.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and support the creation and implementation of HR policies.

  • Support HR compliance procedures by keeping abreast of changes in labor legislation.

  • Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and team-building initiatives.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position.

  • Strong computer literacy, including capability in email, MS Office, and related HR software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of human resources process and best practices.
