As a Lean and Automation Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficiency and performance across various teams. By working closely with stakeholders, you will develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that enhances productivity and streamlines processes. Your ability to identify, analyze, and optimize existing workflows will be essential in improving overall business performance.

Leading continuous improvement initiatives, you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other performance-enhancing methodologies to drive meaningful change. By supporting teams in adopting best practices, you will ensure that employees develop the necessary skills to utilize improvement tools effectively. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and proposing corrective actions when needed.

Staying up to date with industry innovations and best practices, you will continuously seek new ways to improve processes and implement the latest advancements in operational excellence. Through effective collaboration and communication, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that efficiency and quality remain at the forefront of business operations.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background, holding a Master’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or a related field. Your experience in continuous improvement, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence will provide you with the expertise needed to lead impactful initiatives.

A deep understanding of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S will allow you to apply structured approaches to process optimization. Your strong analytical skills and project management experience will enable you to assess current operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and successfully implement solutions.

Your ability to manage change and communicate effectively will be essential in gaining team buy-in and ensuring smooth transitions. Strong leadership skills and the capacity to bring teams together around improvement initiatives will be key to driving success in this role.
