GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Using professionalism, effective communication, pharmacotherapy knowledge, and systems-based care provide direct patient care under the purview of TR Collaborative Practice Agreement and the Idaho Board of Pharmacy Prescriptive Authority Protocol Terms of Use. Psychiatric specialty pharmacists are specialized in mental health care, and with their extensive knowledge of medication management, strengthen the mental health team by working directly with patients, improving outcomes and saving lives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Current State of Idaho Pharmacist license.
- One year post graduate residency (PGY1) or training or minimum of three years clinical pharmacy experience.
