Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.

Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, or similar certifications are preferred.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in handling high-value clients with sensitivity and professionalism.

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with high-profile individuals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Availability:

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings to support VIP clients.

  • Available for on-call based on department needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently (activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) required to stand, sit, and walk; frequently to use hands, fingers; and frequently to talk or hear. The employee must exert 15 to 20 pounds of force occasionally (activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or 5 to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 5 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
